Kevin will be sharing stories of his journey as a food entrepreneur ("foodpreneur"), how he started his establishments, and will be sharing lots of advice for those dreaming of opening their own restos in the future. He currently has two restaurants in the heart of Da Nang - Adobo Mexican Grill, and Wok Hei, the first Chinese-American restaurant in the city. If you have burning questions, or even your own stories, come by and get inspired!
