I'm going to Danang - Hoi An - Hue on the week of the 20th of May! Do you have any recommendations on what to eat on my time there? I heard Bun Bo Hue is GOATED in Hue, Cao Lau is really good to eat in Hoi An, and also seafood in Danang is great too... What else and where else should I go?

My Quang Dung on Do Ba street is an easily a favorite. I also really love this BBH place on Dong Da that give huge portions of meat...I'll attach a photo hihi
Đà Nẵng: Mi Quang, bun cha ca, banh beo nhan uot, Bun Mam Van, Banh Xeo Ba Duong
Hue: Bun bo Hue, com or bun or mi hen (clams with rice or noodles), banh khoai (like a thicker banh xeo), banh uot, banh beo, banh nam, banh bot loc, banh ram it, banh goi. Several places will sell the latter banh as a combination plate, and you can find most in Da Nang too
Hoi An: Cao lau, Banh Mi Phuong, Banh Mi Madam Khanh, White Rose for rose dumplings
